It was exceptionally clean, and I loved great staff and location. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. The staff served fruit and eggs for breakfast. Don't forget to explore Hoan Kiem district. Warm reception.

staff were remarkable, the location was handy, the bed was fine. breakfast was free, decent food. romantic view of river. everything was wonderful as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was unclean. the service was all in all top-notch.

All good — we loved our stay — food was well presented and cheerful staff. Our double room was budget and common. Best possible location, 15 minutes' walk to lake the restored sword. Reasonably priced restaurant inside the hotel.
The bed was very bad here.
